About the role  

IBM App Connect Enterprise is the key technology driving our integration platform and you will be working in a modern environment that is running ACE v12, IBM MQ and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and be part of the team running arguably the most important platform in Harvey Norman.

Responsibilities include; 

  • Monitoring and maintaining the technical environment and business functions.
  • Deployment of ACE flows.
  • Providing support and maintenance of our file transfer solution.
  • Setup and ongoing maintenance of Queue Managers.

About you  

You are an experienced and passionate professional in providing first or second level support. With a background in analysing systems and processes, you are eager to advance your IT career to the next level.

You will also have: 

  • XML Experience.
  • Relational SQL experience, DB2 preferred but not essential.
  • Sound problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand business logic and processes.
  • Ability to work in a team and to a deadline.
  • Linux/Unix usage.
  • Experience with File Transfer patterns.
  • Experience with Change Management processes.
  • Service Management processes under ITIL.

Your application will be desirable if you have any experience with or knowledge of the following:

  • IBM App Connect Enterprise.
  • IBM MQ.
  • Metastorm Integration Manager (MIM) managed file transfer (MFT).
  • IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • B2B patterns and processes.
  • Services (SOA).
  • Working in a DevOps team.
  • All aspect of the Systems software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Agile/Kanban development team.
