About the role  

Reporting to the General Manager of Planning and Design and based onsite at our Franchisor office in Homebush West, you'll collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to create CAD documentation for construction projects and retail fitouts across all Brands in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities include; 

  • Producing CAD documentation from sketches.
  • Drawing detailed construction drawings.
  • Coordinating with Architects, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Directly reporting to management on potential implications and concerns related to meeting deadlines.
  • Monitoring project progress, preparing comprehensive reports, and assisting in issue resolution.
  • Conducting site visits and performing surveys or measurements as needed.

About you  

You will have comparable experience in a similar role, along with qualifications in a relevant discipline. You will have proven experience providing administrative support, such as managing systems, procedures, policies, instructions, and records, within a large organisation.

You will also have: 

  • Demonstrated Auto CAD experience.
  • Great organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and complete tasks within set deadlines.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels and the ability to clearly communicate policies, procedures, and instructions to both managers and employees.
